Promo Codes

Save money on your orders by using promo codes. Restaurants may offer special codes through social media, email, or in-store promotions.

How to Use a Promo Code

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Look for the "Promo Code" section on the checkout page.
  3. Enter your promo code and tap "Apply".
  4. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically.

Good to Know

  • Promo codes are not case-sensitive — "SAVE10" and "save10" both work.
  • Some codes have a minimum order amount or are limited to first-time orders.
  • Each code may have a usage limit — apply it before it runs out!
  • You can remove a promo code before completing your order if you change your mind.

Favorites

Save your favorite items so you can find them quickly next time you order.

How to Save a Favorite

  1. Open any item page from the menu.
  2. Tap the heart icon to add it to your favorites.
  3. Tap the heart again to remove it from your favorites.

Viewing Your Favorites

Access your saved favorites from your account page. All your favorited items are listed in one place for quick reordering.

Good to Know

  • You need to be signed in to save favorites.
  • Favorites are saved per restaurant — each store has its own list.
  • If a restaurant removes an item from their menu, it will no longer appear in your favorites.

Loyalty Points

Earn points every time you order and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

Earning Points

Points are earned automatically when your order is confirmed and paid. The number of points you earn depends on the restaurant's loyalty program — typically a set number of points per KD spent.

Redeeming Points

  1. Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
  2. If you have enough points, you'll see a "Redeem Points" option.
  3. Choose how many points to redeem — the discount is applied instantly.
  4. You can cancel the redemption before completing payment if you prefer to save your points.

Good to Know

  • Each restaurant has its own loyalty program with its own point balance.
  • There is usually a minimum number of points required before you can redeem.
  • Points may expire after a certain period — check with the restaurant for details.
  • You can view your points balance and transaction history from your account.

Share with Friends

Found something delicious? Share menu items and your order with friends and family.

How to Share

  • On any item page, use the share buttons to send it via WhatsApp or X (Twitter).
  • Use the "Copy Link" button to copy the item link and paste it anywhere.
  • On supported devices, the native share button lets you send via any app on your phone.
  • After completing an order, you can share the restaurant with friends from the order confirmation page.
